QINO SODA - Black Letters - Hakusan Foothills
Luxurious sparkling water derived from nature that captures the essence of the forest. I use black moji at the foot of Mt. Hakusan.
It bursts with carbonation, a refreshing aroma like a grassland. Hidden in the back, a faint and sweet aroma like tea. The gentle air bubbles gently stimulate the tip of the tongue, and the pleasant bitterness tightens the mouth. It is a non-alcoholic slightly carbonated drink that makes you feel relaxed as if you are in a deep forest.
The raw material is incense wood Kuromoji harvested from the Shiramine Forest, a water source in Ishikawa Prefecture, and distilled in mineral-rich underground water that springs up from the foot of Mt. Hakusan. We co-created with foresters, distillers, microbreweries, and welfare facilities that protect the forest of water sources, and realized that everything from raw material procurement to packaging and shipping was completed in Ishikawa Prefecture.
QINO SODA - Cedar - Foothills of Mt. Fuji
Luxurious sparkling water derived from nature that captures the essence of the forest. Cedar at the foot of Mt. Fuji is used.
The smoky scent hidden in cedar. The woody aftertaste gives you a hint of whiskey. The gentle air bubbles gently stimulate the tip of the tongue and tighten the mouth. It is a non-alcoholic carbonated drink that makes you feel relaxed as if you were in a deep forest.
Many of the thinned cedar at the foot of Mt. Fuji in Yamanashi Prefecture is discarded in the processing process. The unused cedar parts were used as raw materials and distilled in mineral-rich underground water. The trees were procured and distilled by forester FOREST TRIBES, and the recipe was developed in collaboration with Food Creation, which is led by artist Ayako Suwa.
Please enjoy the one-of-a-kind sparkling water that allows you to join the circulation of the forest by drinking it.
10 yen per tree will be used for activities to create a new forest.
