We, Chaya Macrobiotics, were born from the long-established restaurant "Hikage Chaya" in Hayama, which has been handed down since the Edo period. We are particular about domestic organic brown rice, and offer dishes using organic and specially cultivated vegetables, beans, and seaweed. We deliver dishes that are gentle on the body and pleasing to the eye, made without meat, eggs, dairy products, white sugar, or seasonings (amino acids).
