A spiced curry kit that is not spicy at all.
This butter chicken curry is made with plenty of fresh cream and butter and can be eaten by children!

■ Ingredients for 4 people
400 g chicken drumsticks
200 g plain yogurt
1 teaspoon grated garlic (a tube is OK!!)
1 teaspoon grated ginger (OK in a tube!!)
200 g canned tomatoes
50 g butter
200 ml of heavy cream
100 ml of water,
Peanut butter (you can do without it!!)
▼ How to make
1: Cut the chicken thighs into large bite-sized pieces.
2: Pickle the chicken thighs cut into a Ziploc with the ingredients and powdered spices.
3: Heat butter in a frying pan, and when it warms up, add the marinated chicken thighs with the liquid and fry them thoroughly until the juice is gone.
4: When the juice is gone and the chicken is browned, add the canned tomatoes.
5: When the water in the tomato can jumps off and becomes a paste, add water and boil.
6: When it is boiling, add peanut butter and fresh cream and simmer over low heat until it simmers, stirring for about 10~15 minutes.
7: Serve on a plate and sprinkle with kasurimeti (enclosed leaves) from above to complete!
