By continuing to develop and disseminate value-added products from Myanmar, we aim to realize sustainable agriculture.

Rather than the general "multiple production areas", we focused on a "single production area" to bring out the maximum deliciousness of Myanmar sesame seeds.

Incorporating the traditional manufacturing method of Yamada Oil, a long-established sesame specialty store in Kyoto, it is pressed only once. It is a slightly luxurious manufacturing method that can retain more of the original deliciousness and nutrients of sesame seeds.

We manage the procurement area, the selection of farmers, quality checks in the production area, transportation, and manufacturing. We play a role in connecting the other side of the table with the side that makes the table, transcending borders.

丁寧にご対応いただきありがとうございました。今回は品揃え前に商品を試させていただきました。商品のコンセプトやこだわりはもちろんのこと、お味も美味しかったです。今後ギフト用としての品揃えを考えています。ミニサイズの商品がもう少し小量から注文できればありがたいなと思いました。商品についても細かくわかりやすくご説明いただけるのでありがたいです。まずは説明文を参考に食用以外にも色々試してみて活用法見つけたいと思います。

こちらの胡麻油に出会って、お客様に勧める中で、これまで割と無自覚に購入していた植物性油について、意識するようになりました。原料の産地や誰がどのように生産しているのか、そしてどのように搾っているのか…そのすべての点において、安心して購入できるのがミヤコフードミャンマーさんの胡麻油だと思います。そして、お味も素晴らしいです。個人的に日々の料理に使っていますが、パンに未焙煎の白胡麻バージンオイルを垂らして、納豆ご飯に焙煎黒胡麻オイルを混ぜて…おいしさに唸りながら食べてます。試食をお出しして味見をされたお客様が気に入って購入してくださることも多いです。
