It is an authentic spiced seasoning and can be used as it is or stir-fried vegetables. This product was born from solving the problem of waste loss at Utsumi Farm Mr./Ms.. Carefully grown vegetables were traded in the market for two bundles and three pennies because of their irregular shape, and if it was a crop like eggplant that was fast-paced, it would rot in no time, and many areas of the field would become waste areas. Let's do something about such a situation! As a result of this project, the "Utsumi Farm Series" was born.
