Adopting the traditional manufacturing method of Yamada Oil, a long-established sesame specialty store in Kyoto, it is squeezed "only once". It is a slightly luxurious manufacturing method that can preserve more of the original taste and nutrients of sesame seeds.
We manage everything from procurement areas, selection of farmers, quality confirmation in the production area, transportation, and manufacturing in-house. We play a role in connecting the other side of the table with the people who make the table, transcending national borders.
