[Restocked around November] Sesame oil born from Myanmar, closely supporting the maker and dining table. Pressed carefully and slowly using Kyoto's traditional techniques. Enjoy the ingredients as they are.
We contract with sesame farmers in Myanmar and grow them organically. Harvested around July 2026, freshly squeezed in November.
Yamada Oil uses traditional methods from Kyoto's long-established sesame specialty shop, pressing only once. This slightly luxurious method preserves more of the original deliciousness and nutrients of sesame.
We manage everything in-house, from sourcing regions and farmer selection to quality checks and transportation at production sites, as well as manufacturing. We play a role in connecting the other side of the dining table and the one who prepares it, crossing borders.
