Incorporating the traditional manufacturing method of Yamada Oil, a long-established sesame specialty store in Kyoto, it is pressed only once. It is a slightly luxurious manufacturing method that can retain more of the original deliciousness and nutrients of sesame seeds.
We manage the procurement area, the selection of farmers, quality checks in the production area, transportation, and manufacturing. We play a role in connecting the other side of the table with the side that makes the table, transcending borders.
