We use whole wheat flour made by grinding whole brown barley from Tokachi in Hokkaido, whole wheat flour of rare ancient wheat grown in Japan, and wheat grown in the three prefectures of Tokai.

The sugar is not chemically refined, raw sugar from Kagoshima Prefecture, beet sugar from Hokkaido, and brown sugar from Okinawa Prefecture, depending on the sweets.
