■About delivery delays

■About specifying the delivery date and time
The specification of the delivery date and time is a guideline and is not guaranteed. It may vary depending on the delivery status.
■Damage and defects during delivery
In the unlikely event that there is any damage, leakage, or shortage of quantity during delivery, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the product. After confirming the situation, we will respond appropriately, such as arranging a replacement.

■Long-term absence and refusal to receive
If the product is returned due to a long absence or refusal to receive it, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of reshipping. Depending on the situation, we may review future transactions.
■About incomplete delivery information
If the delivery is not possible due to incomplete address at the time of order (insufficient street address, incorrect entry, etc.), you will be responsible for the shipping fee for redelivery.
■Changes and cancellations after shipping
