■ Ingredients for 4 people
Ground mince 400~500g
1 onion
1 large tomato
4 tablespoons fat
150 ml of water,
1 teaspoon grated garlic
1 teaspoon grated ginger
■ How to make
Chop the onion.
Remove the stems of the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces of about 1 cm square.
1 Heat oil in a frying pan and fry until the onion is tender
2 Add garlic and ginger and fry, then add tomatoes
3 When the moisture of the tomatoes is lightly removed, add the minced meat and fry it.
4. When the minced meat is cooked, reduce the heat to low and add the powdered spices.
5 Stir and fry so that the spices blend throughout, then add water and fry over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes to remove moisture
Serve on 6 plates and sprinkle cashew nuts and basil on top to complete!
