For this product, we have a two-year product warranty from the date of purchase (delivery date).

The following cases are not covered by the warranty.

● When using something other than water through the product and a defect occurs.
● When the product is used for purposes other than gardening watering and a defect occurs.
● When the product is connected to a device with automatic water supply and drainage, and a problem occurs.
● When the product is used near fire and abnormalities such as deformation occur.
● If you leave it with water pressure applied after use and a problem occurs.
● If you do not drain the water in the nozzle / hose after use, and a problem occurs.
● In the event of a malfunction due to a natural disaster such as an earthquake or flood.
● When the product is used in an overseas place other than Japan and a defect occurs.
● In the case of deterioration or change of appearance due to aging, or in the case of defects caused by deterioration over time.
● When the product is subjected to secondary processing such as modification or modification, and a defect occurs.
● In the case of a defect for which the customer is responsible.
* Other defects caused by the customer's usage error are not covered by the warranty.
[About repair]
We cannot accept any repairs.
[About the wooden logo plate]
The "wooden logo" in some images is being eliminated in the future and may not be included in the products to be delivered. In addition, if the wooden logo is included in the product and there is a defect, we will not be able to prepare a good product because it is not in stock.
[Other]
We cannot accept returns or shipments of non-defective products due to customer's convenience, such as "it does not fit the faucet at home", "the water volume, water pressure, and water shape are different from the expected", or "parts have been lost".
