We started this company with the desire to incorporate the traditional food culture of the region into modern life. In every region, there is "food" that has been popular for a long time, and all of them should be kind to the body and the environment. For example, "brown sugar" has been made in Shimanto for more than 200 years. Sugarcane grown on sandy soil by rivers and seas without pesticides and using only organic fertilizers is harvested one by one, juiced, and cooked for six hours using firewood. The entire process is done manually. It doesn't use electricity or gas. It is a very environmentally friendly manufacturing.
