Lives in Fukaya City, Saitama Prefecture. As the daughter-in-law of a lily farmer, I have lived with agriculture for more than 20 years.
With the desire to deliver the "power of food" he felt while facing nature to more people, he started making processed vegetable products in 2019.
It started with a drink that I learned from a Peruvian friend I met through belly dancing. From there, he was attracted to the charm and efficacy of vegetables, and began growing them at home in small quantities, and took advantage of the snow damage to obtain a vegetable sommelier qualification. He has also expanded his activities as a writer to convey the charm of Fukaya's food.
Currently, as a "dancing farmer", we use vegetables grown in the land of Fukaya to manufacture and sell processed products that are additive-free and safe.
With the experience cultivated in agriculture, the unique sensibility of women, and the "free idea like dancing", we continue to create products that spread smiles through food.
