Driven by a passion to deliver the rich ingredients from all over Japan and the unique flavors of each region to more people, we aim to create seasonings that maximize the individuality of ingredients by directly engaging with local producers in Oita Prefecture, a land rich in nature.
By focusing on small-lot production rather than mass production, they offer over 70 varieties of sauces, dressings, miso, tsukudani, and more. This can only be achieved by carefully approaching each ingredient and recipe and making detailed adjustments. Our goal is not just to be a "seasoning manufacturer," but to bring new discoveries and enjoyment to the dining table.
Additionally, the brand's flexibility to meet a wide range of needs, from individual customers to corporate clients, such as creating gift sets and original labels, and developing private brands and OEMs, is a major strength.
