A craft cola brand from Osaka that was born based on the voices of 1,000 people during the Corona disaster
In the spring of 2020 in Osaka, amid the anxiety of the Corona disaster, we started a new initiative at the dining bar we operate.
Beginning with customers to enjoy syrup made from lemons, herbs, spices, and other ingredients in a small pot in the store, was the beginning of "Hibino Cola".
As we made improvements, more than half of the drinks ordered at the store were replaced by craft cola, and at some point, the desire to "have everyone in the country drink it!" became stronger.
One morning, when I was struggling to get a nationwide release, the name "Mainichi no Cola" came down in my head when I woke up. The taste, which aims to be "a presence that is close to our daily lives," was realized through an encounter with a pharmaceutical manufacturing company run by two pharmacists and a nutritionist in Ikoma City, Nara Prefecture.
It is also versatile as a seasoning for cooking, and has more than 30 recipes published on the recipe site, and is a craft cola that has a reputation for being delicious both to drink and eat.
Then, after a great success in tasting events and crowdfunding nationwide (1251% of the target amount was achieved), we were able to launch the long-awaited nationwide launch in September 2021.
