In order to realize our worldview, the most important thing is "harmony with nature" and "inheritance of traditional techniques". We are particular about ingredients from Okinawa Prefecture and procure the highest quality ingredients while directly connecting with producers.
In partnership with Mario Chocolate, we cherished the traditional manufacturing methods of a long-established workshop in Puglia, southern Italy, which was founded in 1875, while fusing local ingredients unique to the region, such as Okinawan brown sugar, seekwasser, and red sweet potatoes. The harmony between fair-trade cacao beans from contract farms in Venezuela and brown sugar from Ie Island is truly a crystallization of nature's blessings.
Under the "Doni della natura OKINAWA" brand, we are working with producers from all over Okinawa, such as the organically grown Italian cherry tomatoes "Rosso Neapolitan" in Motobu Town, Chura Carrot in Itoman City, and Agu pork in Kinbu Town, to create foods that do not use any additives.
Based on the principles of the SDGs, we promote fair trade, revitalize local economies, and practice environmentally friendly manufacturing processes. We will create a sustainable food future through ethical sourcing of ingredients that do not rely on children's labor and food production while protecting Okinawa's rich natural environment.
