The company was founded in 2014 when it started a bar in Gion, Kyoto. While the number of customers was declining due to Corona, we received a subsidy (business restructuring subsidy) and started manufacturing and selling dressings using traditional vegetables and brand vegetables from Kyoto. I made it with the hope that Kyoto vegetables, which are difficult to cultivate due to their small production, will spread further throughout the world.
