At Fun Fun Kitchen, based on the concept of "dressing that the whole family can eat with peace of mind," we are thoroughly committed to everything from the selection of ingredients to the manufacturing process. First of all, we choose fresh vegetables and fruits from the local area, Minoh and the surrounding area as much as possible, and value the taste of the season. In particular, Minoh seedlings are purchased directly from local farmers and used to make dressings that take advantage of their fragrant and refreshing flavor.
All production is done by hand, and we try to bring out the original taste of the ingredients by using as little additives as possible such as preservatives and colorants. While using simple and familiar ingredients such as sesame seeds, onions, and carrots, they are blended with an exquisite balance to pursue a taste that is loved by a wide range of generations, from children to adults.
We also value its ease of use as an "all-purpose dressing" that can be used not only for salads, but also for a variety of dishes such as cold tofu, shabu-shabu, and marinades. We have received many comments from customers such as "With this dressing, even children who don't like vegetables will be happy to eat it" and "It has become more gorgeous on the dining table".
From the perspective of the SDGs, we are working every day to contribute to the creation of a sustainable society, such as local production for local consumption, reducing food loss, and choosing environmentally friendly packaging.
