I've been using this salt in my shop long before it was named SaltPro!
Spice Mind (the company that operates SaltPro) first encountered Himalayan rock salt at the Aoyama Farmer's Market in Tokyo five years ago in the spring of the dazzling sunlight through the trees.
I wanted to add something different from the essence of the food I serve at my restaurant, and I was looking for an ingredient to spice it up, so I thought I had found an interesting ingredient and tried it right away.
Since then, it has been used in various situations such as meat, fish, vegetable dishes, and desserts.
In particular, pink salt and ruby salt are easy to use and recommended!

The combination of ruby salt × vegetables is a surprisingly addictive combination!
We are a café that is particular about organic and provides customers with freshly picked vegetables directly from contract farmers in Hokkaido and other countries.
SaltPro mainly uses dark pink salt and ruby salt.
Dark pink and light pink salts go well with vegetables, but we also propose combinations with ruby salt.
By doing so, the habit of ruby salt attracts new customers to the everyday option of "eating vegetables with salt", and they often ask questions. If you are interested, some customers will purchase retail packs!
