Of course, there is no compromise on the contents. We go directly to breweries and producers all over Japan and select products based on their skills and thoughts. We are also discovering special sake that can only be found here, such as vegetable liqueur in collaboration with "Yasai no Yosei".
In addition, in the pairing series supervised by the sommelier, we propose the best combination of food and alcohol, such as "rib niyo" and "salad niyo". Just choose according to the dish and your usual dining table will be instantly gorgeous.
