"Ginza Tomari" was born from the desire to create a space for Japanese food that can be truly relaxed in the land of Higashi-Ginza. The trigger was that we wanted a place like a "hangout" where adults who are busy every day can spend their time in their own way without being overwhelmed, so we wanted to provide a time to heal both physically and mentally through meals, so we launched a restaurant that focuses on Japanese food that values seasonal ingredients and the blessings of nature.
The name "Tomari" contains the desire to be a place where you can stop by and rest your wings, like a "perch". We are close to each customer's time and feelings, and we also pay attention to space creation and hospitality so that they can feel the small luxuries and peace in their daily lives.
Our goal is to create an "experience" where you can feel the beauty of the four seasons and Japanese traditions. In addition to cooking, we incorporate utensils, lighting, natural materials, and warmth to make it possible for you to enjoy the comfort of Japanese.
In addition, sustainability and connections with the community are also important, and menus that make use of seasonal ingredients from producers all over the country are developed. While conveying the background of the ingredients and the thoughts of the producers to customers, we aim to become a bridge between people, regions and cities through food.
I hope that the time spent at "Ginza Tomarii" will gently snuggle up to the hearts of visitors and become vitality and healing for tomorrow. With such a wish in mind, we will continue to devote ourselves to each dish and deliver a special time.
