The Sardine Building is located in Akune City, where several dried fish shops remain.
 
At the café and shop on the first floor, you can enjoy drinks that make you feel the region, such as rice flour dough "port town taiyaki" and coffee from a local coffee roastery.
 
 
The shop is lined with original products that add a touch of effort to local products, including Iwashi Building's signature product "Traveling Whole Dried Fish", as well as selected products from makers whose faces can be seen.
 
 
At the factory on the 2nd floor, you can observe the manufacturing process of our own products such as "traveling round drying". The process of making everything by hand, from bottling to labeling, is a time when the distance to the product is shortened.
