We are a paddy rice farmer who has been a farmer for five generations.
On the vast farmland that supports the abundant water of the Tone River, we manufacture and sell rice flour and okaki using naturally cultivated rice grown without using any pesticides or fertilizers.
The cultivation area of paddy rice is about 20 hectares, and we are also working on the sixth industrialization, and all rice for processing is naturally cultivated rice.
In particular, we place emphasis on making processed products that take advantage of the nutrition and flavor of brown rice.
In December of the first year of Reiwa, we received certification from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries for sixth generation, and in April of the second year of Reiwa, our own okaki manufacturing plant (facility design with an awareness of hygiene management based on the concept of HACCP) was put into operation.
