In order to popularize the name of "Senya beef", which is a brand beef that represents Okayama, we decided to develop it in a retort pouch with a relatively long shelf life, and released a beef bowl base that was rare at the time. It is a sukiyaki-style seasoning made by simmering burdock, shiitake mushrooms, onions, shirataki noodles, etc. in local soy sauce, and this nostalgic taste is still bought on a daily basis and chosen as a gift.

It was released as a local curry that almost never existed 25 years ago, and it is a dish that continues to be loved even now.
