"Kneading" is not just sweets. It is a traditional confectionery that the term "kneaded art" exists, and you can enjoy not only the taste but also the appearance.
In order for people to enjoy Japan's traditional Japanese confectionery "Knerikiri", which has become such a "registered intangible cultural property", we have created a product that parents and children can challenge themselves to make Japanese sweets together as characters in a picture book. Kneading seems easy, but it is difficult. I hope you enjoy seeing who can make it well.

Regardless of allergies, hobbies, or religions, we have a strong desire to develop something that can be eaten together by various people around the world at one table, so we have created a "gluten-free and vegan" dorayaki.
No animal ingredients such as wheat flour, white sugar, eggs or milk. We use naturally derived sweeteners without compromising on the ingredients, and each process is carefully carried out to create a plump and soft dough and an elegant sweetness unique to dorayaki.

Popsicles are popular regardless of age.
By adding Japan's Japanese ingredient "kudzu powder" to it, we have realized a popsicle that does not melt.
It has a new texture created by combining crunchy and chewy, and there are four flavors: mango pineapple, white peach tangerine, yogurt kiwi, and matcha azuki.
Matcha that allows you to feel the freshness of fruits and Japan culture has been finished into a product that allows you to enjoy the harmony with various ingredients while retaining the unique texture of kudzu powder.
You can enjoy various textures and tastes deliciously, like sorbet in the iced state, and like jelly as it is thawed.
For the outer box package, we ask people with disabilities who attend welfare facilities to draw pictures as illustrators (commercial artists) and ask "Sozo Rakuko," which develops commercial design, to create various harmonies for both creators and customers.
