A noodle soup base made with domestic soybean soy sauce, wheat, and mirin, combined with Hokkaido kelp and Makurazaki bonito flakes, focusing solely on ingredients. No additives such as amino acids, preservatives, or colorings are used at all. Additive-free × allergen-free, designed to be safe for use in baby food. You don't have to rely on store-bought 'cooking bases'—just use this single noodle-based broth to create the base and add your home's seasonings to create your own home's flavor.
[Product 3] Chopped Kelp / Potted Kelp (Kelp Series)
The chopped kelp is an ultra-fine 0.7mm type, hand-finished and sun-dried. No need to rehydrate—just add it to ramen, frozen pasta, or rice with a pop to add umami and minerals. It is characterized by its nutritional value, with calcium about seven times that of milk and about 39 times the iron content.
