All of the ingredients grown in the land of Hokkaido have a powerful and gentle taste. However, in urban areas, there were few opportunities to experience its true deliciousness. Therefore, we decided to deliver the blessings of Hokkaido through a dish that is familiar to Japanese people, "Oyakodon".
What we want to achieve through the brand is not just the provision of meals, but the enrichment of the soul and the rediscovery of local connections through "food".
