We sell the "Intestinal Activity KIKUIMO Series" (tea, chips, potage, etc.) that are particular about raw materials from Hokkaido.
The impetus for developing this product was that in 2016, I first learned about an ingredient called inulin contained in chrysanthemums (said to be a "natural insulin" and is attracting attention for its effectiveness in combating diabetes and metabolic syndrome), and when I tried it, my physical condition improved in a short period of time.
I learned that chrysanthemums are expensive and are mainly imported from Germany, China, Mexico, etc., and I was looking for domestic chrysanthemums for safety and security, and when I contacted producers and processors in 2017, I was told that chrysanthemums from Hokkaido are larger than other production areas and have a higher inulin content. However, because it is a difficult and time-consuming crop to grow, it is difficult for producers to increase the amount unless demand increases.
Therefore, by offering chrysanthemum as a processed food, we decided to develop a product that anyone can incorporate into their meals at any time with peace of mind.
