It is a traditional olive farm in the Andalusia region of Spain, where families have been involved in olive oil production for more than 200 years since the 18th century. It is a type of organic farming and natural farming, and we aim to create strong soil over the long term by incorporating "biodynamic farming," which is recycling-based agriculture.
We pay particular attention to quality control and control 100% of the entire process from harvest to shipment. Since the oil is pressed within 3 hours of harvesting, the acidity, which indicates quality, is well below the standard value of 0.8%. It is a product that is particular about quality.
It has won the Gold Prize at Olive Japan, the world's largest international olive oil contest, and has been highly evaluated among food professionals, proving its excellence.

They have passed on a tradition that has been passed down for more than 100 years, and they have faced Iberian pork products with more "passion" than anyone else.
Respecting the old-fashioned manufacturing method, the salted jamón Iberico is carefully hung in the maturation cellar by hand one by one.
The aging method does not use any machinery, and the staff opens and closes the windows every day to let in the wind and adjust it.
