It all started in 1982, when we distributed one yuzu sapling to every household in the town (about 7,000 households) as a commemorative tree for the completion of the new government building of the former Sueyoshi Town Hall. The slightly cooler climate of the district is ideal for cultivating yuzu, and in 1986, full-scale cultivation efforts began centered on five farmers, and in 1989 the "Yuzu Cultivation Club" was established. Both the cultivation area and production volume continue to expand, and according to the latest statistics, it boasts the largest production volume in Kyushu. Our company was established in 1997 as the third sector with the joint investment of Soto City, Nanchiku Co., Ltd., and production organizations in order to increase corporate value and promote local agriculture through the processing and sale of yuzu, which has grown into a local specialty.

As the designated manager of the Soto City Juicing Center, we do it from the juice of the yuzu grown by the Soto City Yuzu Cultivation Club by hand, and store the yuzu separately into juice and peel and freeze it. In addition, when we make products at our own factory, we manufacture them by hand from small lots. Both the juicing center and our own factory have acquired international safety standard ISO22000.
