Yoshiyuki Nakamura
After retiring in Tokyo, he moved to Nirasaki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, and is a passionate man who devotes his second life to viticulture and winemaking. In 2016, he started cultivating on a 3,800-square-meter garden after his farming experience at Dr. Satoshi Omura's birthplace, and established "Creation farm" in 2020. Based on his solid skills from the University of Yamanashi with a Bachelor of Wine Science, he practices "participatory farming" that works hard with the local people. With his unique perspective of sublimating discarded immature fruits into "Verges" and his high brewing techniques that have won his first entry and award at the Japan Wine Competition, he continues to take on innovative challenges while respecting tradition.
