At Yamashiro Bussan, we have a consistent commitment from the cultivation of tea leaves to manufacturing and sales. Particular emphasis is placed on "production area" and "manufacturing method".
We use tea leaves carefully selected from famous tea production areas all over Japan, such as Wazuka-cho in Kyoto Prefecture, Chiran in Kagoshima, Yame in Fukuoka, Ureshino in Saga, and Shizuoka. We value the unique flavors nurtured by the climate and climate of each land.
In the manufacturing process, the skills and sensibilities of skilled tea masters are indispensable. Craftsmen with the title of Tea Judging Technique 6th Dan and Tea Master supervise every detail from the selection of tea leaves to roasting and blending. While adhering to the traditional manufacturing method, we pursue a taste that suits modern tastes.
Consideration for the environment is also one of our important initiatives. In the "Earth and Water Tea" series, we use organically grown tea and practice tea making in harmony with nature. We are striving to build a sustainable production system by using environmentally friendly materials for packaging.
In addition, we propose new ways to enjoy Japan tea according to modern lifestyles, such as "tea for green tea high thought by nonbee tea masters". While valuing the balance between tradition and innovation, we pursue new possibilities for Japan tea.
At the root of Yamashiro Bussan's product manufacturing is the desire to "provide people's lives with a rich time through tea." We hope that our thoughts in a cup of tea will add color to your daily life.
