We collected and compared more than 100 kinds of honey, and blended them with beekeepers and cooks.
The taste of honey varies depending on the type of flower collected by the bees, and the same flower has a different flavor depending on the production area. We categorized these honeys according to their respective merits and studied them like coffee and whiskey blends.
By formulating a hypothesis of a combination of "extending goodness" and "compensating for too strong habits" and repeatedly verifying the actual blending, we finally found the best blend.
[FRUITY BLEND]
"Orange Blossom" × "Acacia Flower"
An original blend of honey from the nectar of two types of flowers.
By blending fruity orange honey as the main character and refreshing acacia honey, we have achieved a sweetness that refreshes the aftertaste while maintaining the strong natural flavor.

The flavor of soba honey, which is a major song in the honey industry, is blended with refreshing orange honey to create a unique and deep taste like rum or black honey.

■ From beekeeping to commercialization
Together with my beekeeper partner, I am involved in beekeeping and have a deep knowledge of the ecology of bees.
