[Conditions for returns and exchanges]
In the unlikely event that the delivered product is stained or damaged, please contact us using the message function and return the product to us by cash on delivery. We will send the normal product directly to the customer promptly. Please note that if the replacement item is sold out, it will be refunded.
In addition, please note that we cannot accept exchanges, returns, or refunds due to crystallization of honey.
[Exchanges and returns due to customer's convenience]
If the ordered product is different from the product you want, we will accept returns or exchanges only if it can be resold without scratches or stains. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience.
In that case, we ask the customer to bear the shipping fee.
[About refund in case of return]
Payment at the time of refund will be made only to the original payment method. If you are not currently able to use that payment method, you will need to contact your bank or agent to request a refund after the refund has been issued.
[Regarding product inventory and shipping period]
Normally, it will be shipped within 2~3 business days, but the shipping period may be extended depending on the stock status.
