Japan Post "Yu Pack" will ship at room temperature. *Please note that during the summer period (mid-June to mid-September), we will send it by chilled flight to maintain quality. Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. After confirming your order, we will strive to ship the product within 5 business days (every Monday to Friday excluding the year-end and New Year holidays). Please forgive reshipment due to product damage during transportation, or late delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or road conditions.
