The shipping fee is 1000 yen (excluding tax) for 6 bottles, 1500 yen (excluding tax) for 7-12 bottles, and 2000 yen (excluding tax) for 13-30 bottles. We will ship by Japan Post "Yu-Pack" chilled. Since it is a refrigerated product, please store it in the refrigerator (10 degrees Celsius or less) as soon as it arrives. After confirming your order, we will endeavor to ship the product within 5 business days (every Monday to Friday except the year-end and New Year holidays). Please forgive reshipment due to damage to the product during transportation, late delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and road conditions. If we are unable to accept your order, we will contact you to that effect.

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or refunds due to customer's convenience. If it is defective or different from the ordered product, it will be replaced. Refunds will be issued only if the replacement item is out of stock. Please return the product to us by cool delivery (shipping cash on delivery) while it is stored at 10 degrees or less.
