Basically, there are three box sizes to be sent, and we may choose the size according to the contents of the order, but as a general rule, it will be the following assortment.
- [Small] click post (A4 size paper can be entered, height 3 cm): 20 + 1 piece 1-7 pieces.
- [Medium] Yu-pack 60 size: 1-2 pieces of 100, 1 piece of 500 pieces, 1 piece of PREMIUM.
- [Large] Yu Pack 80 size: starter pack, 2 pieces of 500 bottles, 2-5 pieces of PREMIUM100 bottles, 1 piece of PREMIUM250 bottles, 1 piece of PREMIUM500, assortment of others.
●* When there is a lot of humidity such as the rainy season, we may put it in a ziplock. In that case, an order of 1 piece of 500 bottles will be sent in a "medium" box.

About Returns
Defective
We will replace the product only if there is damage or defect in the delivered product. Please contact us within 7 days after the item arrives using the message function on goooods.
At the time of exchanging products, if the exchanged product is out of stock, we will give you a full refund.
* Defective products will only be handled if they are damaged, moldy, or contain insects.
* Store away from places with high temperatures and humidity. Although sterilization is sufficient, it is a natural product and easily returns to the soil, but it is susceptible to external influences. Damage, mold, and insect infestation due to incorrect storage methods will not be replaced.
Return deadline
In principle, it will be within 7 days after the product arrives. After this deadline, we will no longer be able to accept returns or exchanges.
Return postage
When exchanging products, we will bear the shipping fee. Please send it by cash on delivery.
If the product is returned due to the customer's convenience, such as cancellation after the product has been shipped, long-term absence of more than one week, or return due to refusal to receive, we will charge round-trip shipping and handling fees.
