■ About Returns and Exchanges ・Opened items cannot be returned. ・If the delivered product has an initial defect (such as damaged bags, receiving a different product from your order, or other significant quality issues), please contact us via gooods' messaging function within 7 days of receiving the product (before opening). We will promptly arrange replacement products and other arrangements. ・Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have passed more than 8 days since arrival, or for reasons attributable to buyers or customers. ■ Important notes regarding the product ・Milrie's snacks use natural local fish as they are, each handmade one by one. Therefore, depending on individual fish differences, seasons, and catch conditions, the color, shape, and size of the jerky may vary, but there is no issue with quality. ・For products dried with bones, we have made them crispy so that even small dogs can safely chew them, but depending on how your dog eats, there is a risk of choking. When selling to owners at the store, please ask them to give them within the owner's sight. ■ About Storage During Summer ・Since no preservatives or additives are used, please store and display the product in an air-conditioned indoor environment after arrival, avoiding high temperature and humidity. ・After delivery to the buyer, mold, oil oxidation, discoloration, or other issues caused by the store's storage environment (such as direct sunlight or high temperatures) will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
