The white balsamic used is the white grape variety "Trebbiano" native to Italy. It is a grape with a fresh and fruity flavor rich in the aroma of clear and fragrant young leaves. ■ Specially tailored bespoke products The grapes are slowly simmered for a week and allowed to ripen naturally, resulting in a bright golden balsamic with the original refreshing aroma of white grapes. This golden balsamic is further combined with white wine vinegar and left to rest in wooden barrels for several weeks to create our original white balsamic. It has an elegant taste with a hint of acidity.
