It is made more delicate by injecting plant extracts with steam and spreads the aroma in the mouth.

Hartshorn Distillery is a new Tasmanian micro-distillery that makes vodka and gin from its own sheep whey.
Most of the whey produced during cheese making is thrown away.
Over the course of two years, we developed a technology to ferment alcohol from the sugars contained in the whey, and this unique product was created for the first time in the world.
It is one of the smallest distilleries in Australia, producing batches as small as 80 bottles at a time using a dedicated 200L glass column.
The hand-painted bottle itself is also well designed.
It is a very highly acclaimed gin, winning the World Vodka Awards 2017 held in London, winning the Australian Beverage of the Year award in the same year, and rating 9.5 out of 10 on the app site "Ginventory", which is famous for gin lovers.
