As a new "gentle snack" series, we have started selling "brown rice puffs".
When our representative, Ohno, was an office worker in Tokyo, his daughter was allergic to eggs and he couldn't get anything that could be eaten even at high-end restaurants, so he made a U-turn and took over the farm, so he started developing egg-free strawberry cookies.
Since then, we have developed three types of snacks: "Gluten-free brown rice soybean flour cookies" made without flour, eggs, dairy products, or white sugar, and "brown rice puffs", a snack made only for rice.
The "Gentle Snacks" series emphasizes making simple and simple ingredients because they are snacks that are eaten during the "important period for taste formation" for infants and toddlers.
