[About types]
"Origarami raw sake" is a product that is bottled without heating or adding water while leaving the white duck after the sake is squeezed, and is characterized by a fresh and rich taste like freshly picked fruit. "Heating" is an elegant taste that stabilizes the quality no matter when you drink it, by heating and sterilizing the clear sake after the duck has been withdrawn.
・Origarami raw sake: When you want to enjoy the juicy taste and the original flavor of rice.
・Heat: When you want to enjoy the depth of sake calmly and moistly with a meal.

2. Background of why this product was born
Tengo Brewery is a new craft brewery that opened in Fukuoka in 2025. Behind its founding is the revival of its hometown of Fukuchi (Fukuoka Prefecture) and its strong desire to revive sake, a traditional industry that Japan is proud of.
・Thoughts on the community: We aim to brew sake rooted in the community by actively utilizing rice grown by local farmers, auxiliary raw materials such as fruits and herbs grown in Fukuchi Town, and mineral-rich underground water (brewing water) from Fukuchiyama.
・Sake brewing philosophy: Because it is a small brewery, all processes are carefully hand-made, combining traditional sake rice with locally sourced secondary ingredients to create a new form of Japanese sake (craft brewed sake) that "sits close to the table".
"Odso" was developed as one of the brewery's standard lineup of "Ariyoshi" in pursuit of "harmony with food", which is the foundation of the brewery.
