We, Chaya Macrobiotics, were born from the long-established restaurant "Hikage Chaya" in Hayama, which has been handed down since the Edo period. We are particular about domestic organic brown rice, and offer dishes using organic and specially cultivated vegetables, beans, and seaweed. ● How to make delicious pancakes (diameter 9 cm ~ 5-6 pieces)
(1) Measure 100g of powder into a bowl and mix with a whisk.
(2) In another bowl, measure out 75g of soy milk, 40g of maple syrup, and 25g of rapeseed oil and mix with a whisk.
(3) Put 2 in 1 and mix with a whisk.
(4) Put the dough in a warmed frying pan and cover with a lid. Bake on low heat for 3 minutes, then turn over and bake for another 3 minutes.
