We used water called apple water, smoked from apple trees on Tasmania, Apple Island, for hydration. By aging in rare port, sherry casks, the citrus fruit aromas blend with the nuances of baked apple and butter caramel. It has a silky and smooth taste, with lingering notes of pear and chocolate flavors, finishing with a refined umami taste. For drinking, we recommend drinking it straight, on the rocks, or highballs made with mandarin soda.
