◆ Production area introduction Members of the coffee growers' cooperative CECOVASA, which lives in the Quillabamba region of north-central Peru over a number of mountain passes in the Andes Mountains, are working on processing, sorting, and exporting green beans with their own hands. Named after the iconic mountain "Montagna Veronica", coffee beans are one of the region's leading fair trade products. Montagna Veronica is grown at an altitude of 1500~1600m, beyond the mountain passes of the Andes. The harvest is carefully hand-picked.
