Mario is a long-established chocolate workshop founded in 1875 in Puglia, southern Italy. Skilled craftsmen carefully make chocolate using the highest quality cocoa beans produced from rare varieties of white cacao and criollo varieties from cultivation to harvest on cacao farms in Venezuela. The package is a sugarcane design by Mr. Chinen Fuyuma, the head of the Chinen Benigata Research Institute, which is one of the origins of Ryukyu Benigata. Bitter and milk finished with the flavorful deliciousness of brown sugar from Iejima, the sweetness of red sweet potato and white chocolate, the spiciness of Higashimura Island chili peppers, the refreshing acidity of Nago's sea kwasser, the mineral-rich saltiness of Yagaji Island, and 70% high cacao made with white cacao luxuriously.
