Blanc de Blanc is a blend of Chardonnay from three grand cru villages representing the Côte des Blancs: Clermain, Shuiy, and Oirly, symbolizing the Maison's terroir. After more than 36 months of long-term aging, it is finished in a beautifully harmonious blend of freshness, minerality, and creamy texture.
The Charm of Fragrance
Refreshing citrus notes reminiscent of lemon, lime, and grapefruit peel are layered with nuances of white flowers and green apple. Additionally, the subtle roasted aroma of brioche and almonds from aging is added, creating a delicate and deep aroma.
Flavor Characteristics
On the palate, vibrant acidity and rich minerals unfold, along with the signature Côte des Blanc chokey textures. A subtle bitterness reminiscent of citrus peel adds dimension to the taste, while a creamy texture gently envelops the entire flavor. The tight finish of the extra brut vividly expresses pure fruit flavors and the personality of the terroir.
