At the same time, I thought that "something would be a souvenir of Nara!", so I developed cookies using the phantom strawberry "Kotoka", which is grown only in Nara Prefecture. When I made a U-turn from Tokyo to Nara and started farming, I fell in love with the delicious strawberry "Kotoka" while being taken care of by a strawberry farmer, and planned and developed it.
Kotoka is an original strawberry from Nara Prefecture that was registered as a variety in 2011 and has not been licensed to be produced outside of Nara Prefecture, and because it is difficult to grow and the yield is low, there are about 15 producers, making it a very rare strawberry.
It is characterized by a perfect balance of intensity of taste, sweetness and acidity, and the sugar content is higher than that of ordinary strawberries, and you can enjoy rich juice with an average sugar content of 12~13 degrees.
We made jam from such ancient flowers and kneaded them into the cookie dough with our rice flour without using eggs. It's simple, but the delicious aftertaste of strawberries gradually spreads (^O^)
