Yumi Yoshimoto
Textile designer. He is a faculty member at Tokyo Zokei University. He creates patterns that make use of hand-drawn touches, such as etched textures and vigorous line drawings. From the planning and design of fabric products to collaborations with companies, he is active in a wide range of areas both in Japan and overseas, based in Nishikatsura Town, Yamanashi Prefecture, a textile production area.
<About the Paper>
It is a high-quality printing paper that achieves both the contradictory properties of good color development and the texture of paper at a high level, and uses the thickest paper of Van Nuovo V-FS, which has also obtained FSC certification*.
* FSC certification evaluates and certifies whether forest management and logging are carried out in consideration of the environment and local communities, and certifies that the product is derived from such forests (products made from appropriately managed forest wood). It is operated by the Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC), an NGO.
