Features of [Hasami Filter]
《Lotus Leaf Effect》I'm sure you've seen the surface of the lotus leaf repelling the water, and the water rolling around. The "Hasami Filter" incorporates the "lotus leaf (lotus) effect" in which the fine irregularities on the surface repel water and dirt. The special technology greatly reduces the conventional "ease of clogging", so you will not feel inconvenience or stress in everyday use. (If you are concerned about clogging, boil it in plenty of hot water for 5 minutes, and it will return to the original easy-to-return filter.)
《Removes chlorine and miscellaneous taste》Since it can be used for all living fluids, if it is used for the filtration of tap water, the invisible irregularities on the ceramic surface will remove the source of the miscellaneous taste and chlorine odor of the extremely small ingredients. If you use it for barley tea or tea cold brewing, it will have a mellow taste, and if you use rice, it will be even more delicious if you use it not only for cooking rice, but also for sharpening it ⇒ adding water first. If you have a refill, you don't even need a "water server"!
《Mellow aroma recognized by baristas》 A porous filter with a diameter of 50 microns that does not let even the slightest aroma escape with a refreshing aftertaste that will make coffee connoisseurs happy. The far-infrared effect transforms all drinks into a mellow and luxurious taste. The voices of joy that arrive at the kiln are all "I'm glad I bought it," "I wish I had known about it sooner," "I want to use it as a gift," and "The aroma is well extracted and the taste is glossy." I sincerely hope that many people will know about the "Refill" series.
The "excellent shape, one of a kind" form is a symbol of Japan [Mt. Fuji]. It is a "gem" that you want to keep around you as a lucky charm and as a daily necessity. "10 colors that can be selected only by the kiln" that add color to the situation where lifestyles are changing. In order to make your home café more fulfilling and spend your days in a healthy way, it is essential to have "delicious" and "fun". We hope that the Hasami ceramic coffee filter will become a part of such a rich life.
【Care Instructions】
Normally, you can just rinse it with hot water after use (don't use detergent), but if you are concerned about clogging, boil plenty of water in a pot and boil for about 5 minutes. If you boil it about once a week, you can use it without stress. However, if you continue to use heavy use, the white part may become dull with the coffee aroma. In that case, perform heavy maintenance. To do this, put hot water and a filter in a container that can be soaked in a single bath, add 1 teaspoon of baking soda + 1 teaspoon of oxygen bleach (such as Oxiclean) and boil for about 10 minutes (the water will become brown and cloudy). After that, take it out and boil it again in fresh water for about 5 minutes to remove the residue and you're done. If you let it dry, the smell of bleach and dullness will be removed and it will be completely restored. With regular heavy maintenance, performance will return. Please give it a try.
(There is a risk of burns, so please use tongs for work)
* For beans, we recommend [medium coarse grind or coarse grind].
